DaVita is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Manager to join the PMO within PRISM. This role is instrumental in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement across procurement functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, team leadership, and a passion for driving meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare organization. As a PMO Manager, you may lead team of project analysts, oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and partner closely with PRISM leadership and stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure successful project execution, alignment with business goals, and value realization.

  • Lead and manage other project managers and analysts, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of procurement-focused projects and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and align project work with strategic objectives and business needs
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, tools, and frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all project phases
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively drive resolution of issues
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of project outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the PMO and across PRISM
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and drive results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ideal candidate will have Davita experience
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, or healthcare industry preferred
  • PMP or similar project management certification strongly preferred
  • MBA or related advanced degree a plus
