About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Manager PM to lead a team of 7 people (4 PMs, 1 PMM, 1 Content Designer, and 4 Designers). In our scale-up environment, we use a matrix structure: while your PMs work daily within cross-functional squads to ship features, they report to you for their long-term growth, product alignment, and career development. Your mission is to ensure we scale our "human engine" without losing the product excellence that got us here. Your missions: People Leadership & Coaching – Nurture Talent: Conduct high-impact 1:1s. Define clear growth trajectories and competency matrices to help your PMs and designers level up, from Junior to Senior roles. Own the review cycle for your chapter. Product Stewardship – Lead & Align: Guide your chapter in defining and maintaining product standards, frameworks, and best practices. Break down silos between squads. Ensure that a "win" or a "lesson learned" in one squad is shared and adopted by the entire chapter. Partner with Product Leads to align priorities and maintain a coherent product vision. Scaling the Organization – Build & Attract Talent: Own the hiring pipeline for your discipline. You’ll source, interview, and "sell" our vision to top-tier PM and design talent to keep pace with our scaling goals. Design and oversee the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they feel "at home" and productive as quickly as possible. Collaborate with other Managers and Product Leads to optimize squad compositions and resource allocation as business priorities shift. 📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years professional experience and a previous experience in management.
  • You have a "People-First" Mindset.
  • You find more satisfaction in a team member’s promotion than in launching your own project.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scale-Up Experience: You know how to build processes that empower rather than stifle.
  • You have expertise in product management and design, to coach this team.
  • You excel at influence without direct authority.
