Under the direction of the Director of Technical Design & PLM, the Manager PLM System has the critical role of managing the Flex PLM system from a business perspective. You will lead solution design and delivering FlexPLM projects, working with IT engineers, business partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure scalable technology solutions. Important responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the Flex PLM system, overseeing system upgrades, product attributes, user security, library management, and leading system testing to safeguard data integrity. The Manager will provide technical expertise across several departments within QVC & HSN, supporting product lifecycle management. Collaboration is important, as the Manager works with IT, Buying, Apparel, Home, QA, and Vendor Relations, facilitating seamless operations. Staying updated with PLM market trends, the Manager partners with PTC to enhance processes applicable to apparel and home markets. Overseeing communications and training, they work with the PLM Systems Trainer & Comms Partner to develop training materials and strategies for user engagement. Your role will involve leading daily activities of the PLM Admin, managing workload, and encouraging a collaborative team environment.

  • Maintain role-based security, data consistency, and vendor libraries.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, manage system attributes, and educate on FlexPLM efficiency.
  • Prioritize and plan workload, ensuring performance, and managing system issues and communication.
  • Provide coaching, build relationships across departments, and support seamless operations across platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail system experience.
  • At least five years working with PLM or similar systems.
  • Minimum of three years' leadership experience.
  • Experience in apparel fabric sourcing, research & development, or product development in wholesale/retail design.
