About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead platform product marketing and shape the narrative for intelligent workflow technology. You will define the messaging and storytelling that positions the platform as a market leader, working closely with product marketing, engineering, and commercial teams. As a people manager, you’ll mentor and guide a lean team, ensuring product marketing excellence while driving compelling content and thought leadership. You will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and analyst relations to support positioning and differentiation. The role involves driving successful product launches, creating enabling content, and amplifying the platform narrative to internal and external audiences. Success requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years managing people.
  • Proven experience in B2B technology environments, preferably in hyper-growth companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for product storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and growing a team.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, commercial, and content teams.
  • Willingness to travel for events and team on-sites up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a product marketing team, coaching for growth and excellence.
  • Shape and maintain the platform narrative, ensuring consistent and differentiated messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, communications, product, and engineering teams to develop thought leadership, enablement materials, and technical resources.
  • Drive product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.
  • Support analyst relations, technical demos, and RFP responses to amplify the platform story.
  • Create content such as blogs, articles, guides, and technical specifications to strengthen platform messaging.
