Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Proven experience, 7-10 years, in strategic engineering or platform management roles, ideally in automotive or industrial sectors as well as sales experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of Body in White and vehicle structural systems.
  • Self-Motivation - Proactive and driven to achieve goals independently.
  • Team Orientation - Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared success.
  • Communication Skills - Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility - Adaptable to changing environments, priorities, and global contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Frequent travel/visits to the customers and suppliers, around 50%.
  • Technical understanding of body in white, vehicle structure to anticipate customers needs and values for customer.
  • Develops, supports and executes customer roadmaps, steers profitable growth.
  • Identify key Decsion makers and built relationship with cutomers and suppliers focus engineering centers.
  • Collaborates closely with Technical Team/Marketing/Sales/Kam to steer activities.
  • Analyes and builts deifferent future scenarios to create new paths of business.
  • Steers and enroles new products launches at customers.
