HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE… You will play a critical role in shaping operational and financial decision‑making for the plant by delivering clear, actionable analysis that guides manufacturing, supply chain, and investment strategies. You’ll proactively identify performance opportunities, highlight risks, and influence cross‑functional partners to improve results. Your work will directly support both near‑term financial execution and long‑term operational optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in CPG.
  • Experience in a day‑to‑day manufacturing environment.
  • Strong financial analysis capabilities with experience supporting operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels—from shop‑floor employees to senior leadership.
  • Comfort operating within a matrixed organization while influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and navigating tight timelines with significant cross‑functional coordination.
  • Robust interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse business functions.
  • A proactive mindset with demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting labor efficiency, bottleneck, or cost‑reduction studies.
  • Background supporting Continuous Improvement or Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Prior involvement in capital project financial justification.
  • Familiarity with enabler processes, benchmarking, and best‑practice deployment across multiple sites.
  • Experience leading lowest landed cost projects or logistics‑related financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust financial analysis to inform manufacturing, supply chain, and capital investment decisions.
  • Assess optimization opportunities and analyze actual vs. forecasted performance to identify gaps.
  • Lead reporting on historical and forward‑looking trends, including ROI assessments for plant initiatives.
  • Own product costing, variance analytics, monthly projections, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Partner with plant managers and Snacks Supply Chain Manufacturing leadership to drive action plans addressing performance gaps.
  • Review monthly financial results, cost projections, and efficiency analyses.
  • Evaluate labor efficiency, bottlenecks, and cost‑reduction opportunities.
  • Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to provide data supporting cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Support enabler delivery and working capital improvement efforts through: Detailed gap analyses Benchmarking and best‑practice sharing Site‑level execution strategies
  • Lead the capital management process and provide financial justification for projects.
  • Drive lowest landed cost delivery through partnership with planning, operations, and logistics finance.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
