We are looking to add a Manager, Media Planner to our team working on an automotive brand. Most of the team is based in Greater Detroit, MI and meets in person about once per week. You will report to the Associate Director, Media Planner. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner. You will get to demonstrate your working knowledge of full-funnel cross-channel media planning in both the Traditional & Digital spaces. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines. You will coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and account needs, and work with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic, and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of channels. Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans is essential, as is the ability to evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables. You will also be responsible for analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools, and compiling insights. Managing a large media budget and flowchart will be part of your responsibilities, as well as guiding media channel selection and forward-thinking on new opportunities.
