About The Position

The Physical Therapist Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our physical therapy department. This person will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while effectively leading and guiding a team of therapists. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective policies, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• 5+ years as a Physical Therapist. Must include experience evaluating and treating muscular and skeletal injuries.
• 5+ years administrative/supervisory experience, including operations, staff and policy development.
• Experience in a high volume ambulatory health care environment.
• Experience with workflow analysis and improvement and staff management.

Nice To Haves

• Doctoral Degree in physical degree
• Membership in American Physical Therapy Association.
