According to the pharmacy's needs, may perform staff pharmacist duties. Position will be located onsite at a Sanford Health Marshfield Clinic pharmacy location. Travel to various locations will be required. WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, evening and weekend work may be required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. EXPERIENCE Five plus years of experience preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position. Minimum Required: License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position. Vaccine Administration Certificate: Completion of a course of study and training in administration technique conducted by a course provider approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the board within one year of hire.
