JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for maintaining the technical and professional staff, including; scheduling, training, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations. Other responsibilities include performance improvement, patient outcomes improvement, management of clinical activities, in-services, and other activities necessary to help department stay focused to it`s strategic plan. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager may also function as a staff pharmacist as the need arises. Responsibilities of this position include development, supervision, and coordination of all the activities of pharmacy services. REPORTS TO:
