As our Pharmacy Manager you will foster a service culture based on continuous quality Improvement, and create structures and processes that assure cost effective and safe utilization of drug supplies and staff time. You will lead initiatives and contribute to the provision of high-quality care, and provide direction and supportive resources regarding day-to-day operations for the department to reduce harm to patients and improve patient outcomes. You will be responsible for Implementing and administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience required.
  • Active CA State Pharmacist License in good standing required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed or supplemental Masters Degree (MBA, MS, MHA, etc) preferred.
