In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for overseeing centralized services including mail order, fulfillment, prescription processing and/or contact center functions; proactively monitoring and ensuring there is performance standards are met in pharmaceutical care, service, and operations across outpatient pharmacies; driving the implementation of strategies and initiatives to improve member experience and promote home delivery adoption in accordance with business goals; addressing issues related to program development, implementation, and communication flow with the Pharmacy Clinical division and with outside departments; removing obstacles to facilitate integration of centralized support services and technology into pharmacy operations and workflows; addressing and making recommendations for centralized pharmacy space needs; and overseeing and proactively monitoring the operation of the departments equipment, including the provision of preventative maintenance, and all other engineering activities relates to the equipment and technology used in the department.
