About The Position
A professional management position assuming 24-hour responsibility for supervising and coordinating the administrative and operational activities in the assigned areas. In collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, assures safe, efficient and cost effective care to the patients within the assigned areas. Assists in the provision of care to patients of all age groups. The Clinical Manager operationalizes the institutions philosophy of nursing care delivery and participates in the development of departmental goals. The Clinical Manager is responsible for all professional and hourly employees within the assigned areas.
