About The Position

As the Manager of Performance Reporting and Visualization, you will play a pivotal role designing reports for all levels of our client’s organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with our development partners to implement and validate these reports. Additionally, you’ll ensure that marketing collateral is appropriately tagged for analytics across various channels. Your expertise in report UI/UX, design, data visualization, and analytic tagging methodologies will empower key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and derive actionable insights. As the Manager of Performance Reporting and Visualization, you’ll be at the forefront of executing our clients’ data analytics and reporting needs. Your role involves architecting innovative reports and dashboards, championing new experimental ideas that align with the goals of our respective business unit clients (sales or service). Requirements

  • Utilize your expertise in data visualization to create compelling and actionable visual representations of complex data.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of KPI’s use in digital, cross-channel, and CRM marketing.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • Successfully led a team focused on reporting, dashboard design, or analytics for a minimum of 2 years.

  • Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams to address custom business challenges related to reporting and tracking projects.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.
  • Design scalable and consistent reporting structures across departments or business units.
  • Anticipate future data requirements and develop new reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of existing reports through regular audits, stakeholder feedback loops, and performance monitoring.
  • Assemble, lead, and motivate a team of highly driven campaign planners and insights analysts.
  • Ensure that valuable insights and market trends are efficiently extracted from data.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within your team.
  • Work closely with both internal onshore/offshore teams and client analytics and data teams.
  • Understand and implement customized analytics digital tagging/tracking specifications for digital content across marketing touchpoints.
  • Continuously engage with stakeholders to identify emerging business needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or tools to streamline data collection and reporting.
  • Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders.
  • Create mock-up visualizations, write reporting requirements, and validate the accuracy of implemented reports before they go live.
  • Implement digital analytic tagging to ensure appropriate attribution for marketing initiatives in the client’s Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics instances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement insightful reports that empower decision-making across all levels of our client organizations.
