Job Purpose: Support the execution and optimization of BritBox’s performance media, with a strong focus on Amazon Ads and Prime Video Channels. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day performance across agency partners and Amazon’s managed service team to drive efficient subscriber growth. You will act as a key point of contact for Amazon-related media, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, performance is continuously optimized, and insights are translated into actionable recommendations. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem paired with the ability to guide partners and hold them accountable to results.

  • Proven experience in performance media or growth marketing, with direct experience working with Amazon Ads.
  • Experience working with media agencies and/or platform-managed service teams, with the ability to guide execution and hold partners accountable.
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, optimization levers, and performance drivers across Amazon Ads, paid social, programmatic, and paid search.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating it into actionable insights and recommendations..
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and LTV.
  • Experience with tools such as Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4), as well as strong understanding of media quality.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong familiarity with Prime Video Channels preferred.
  • Entertainment, streaming, or subscription app experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of performance media campaigns across Amazon Ads (DSP, Fire TV/CTV, Prime Video Channels), paid social, and paid search in partnership with agency and platform teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Amazon Ads and Prime Video Channels, working closely with Amazon’s managed service team to: Align on campaign setup, audience strategy, and inventory mix Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities Ensure timely execution of campaigns and tests
  • Partner with the media agency to: Brief campaigns, provide clear direction, and align on KPIs Review campaign builds, ensuring accuracy and best practices Monitor pacing and performance against goals Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Amazon Ads and Prime Video Channels, providing guidance on: Audience and targeting strategies Creative best practices and placements Testing opportunities and platform capabilities
  • Support the execution of a test-and-learn roadmap, working with partners to implement and evaluate tests across creative, audiences, bidding, and placements.
  • Track and analyze performance, delivering weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights and recommended actions.
  • Assist in budget tracking and pacing, ensuring spend is aligned to targets and proactively identifying risks or opportunities.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to ensure assets are optimized for platform requirements and audience segments.
  • Leverage first-party and platform data to refine targeting and improve efficiency in partnership with Analytics.
  • Stay current on Amazon Ads and Prime Video Channels developments, including betas, new features, and competitive activity.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to performance learnings and best practices.
