About The Position

The PI Manager Operations collaborates with Performance Improvement Leadership in the development and execution of strategies to drive clinical and operational improvement in key areas including Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Patient Throughput, and other key service lines. The Manager Operations collaborates with Group Operations, CSG and OSG Service Line Leadership to develop strategy, initiatives, and operational standards to improve care delivery. This position will lead multiple teams responsible for identifying performance improvement opportunities and executing strategies to improve operational, financial and clinical performance. Manager Operations will work closely with HCA leadership to understand the issues and to develop strong business cases to prove strategies and win buy-in for recommendations.
