  • Support the development of internal processes and implement enhancements for greater efficacy.
  • Leverage tools and frameworks to facilitate HR strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to set annual and multi-year goals.
  • Model and facilitate ways of working to enhance HR efficiencies.
  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate success metrics in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and People Analytics team.
  • Organize periodic HR portfolio reviews to evaluate effectiveness of strategic HR systems and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on best practices and innovative solutions to enhance HR impact.
  • Prepare presentations and assets for leadership and internal forums.
  • Manage communication channels to keep the HR organization informed and aligned on critical updates.
