About The Position

The Global People Team at Walmart is essential for influencing strategy, optimizing working models, and enabling the business to achieve results while maintaining the unique culture that keeps over 1.3 million associates engaged. The team provides tools and insights to support workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change management. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in Walmart's sustainable success, working to inspire positive change and contribute to a high-performing people team. You will partner with the Club Support People team to support the Sam's Club Support Organization, focusing on the planning and implementation of people lifecycle programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in human resources or related area, or 4 years' experience in human resources or related area.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage associate questions regarding general human resource issues.
  • Update and coordinate reports related to human resources functions.
  • Audit human resources practices and ensure consistent execution of the company's HR practices.
  • Analyze and interpret reports, creating action plans to resolve instances of non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify, collect, and analyze HR data.
  • Conduct data analysis on cross-functional data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Establish and monitor timelines and resources for projects.
  • Track projects and initiatives, reporting project status to business unit leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
