About The Position

The Manager, People Partner Excellence will serve as a key partner within our organization, responsible for collaborating with People Partners, executing, and enhancing cyclical and routine work, driving continuous improvement and innovation, enabling data-driven decision making, and fostering collaboration and influence. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the business by enabling our People Partners across Global Tech and Corporate function. By providing the necessary tools and insights, our People professionals operate as partners at every phase of workforce planning, talent management, organizational design and change management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in human resources or related area OR 4 years' experience in human resources or related area.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Strong ability to think systematically and holistically.
  • Great listening skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Partners to execute work that creates capacity in their workload.
  • Execute and enhance cyclical and routine work across Global Tech and Corporate functions.
  • Drive consistency in processes across Global Tech and Corporate Functions.
  • Gather feedback and provide support for smooth and efficient execution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Enable data-driven decision making by providing necessary insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize processes across People teams.
