About The Position

The Manager, People & Culture for Yacht Operations at Four Seasons will support the Director of People & Culture in creating and implementing a long-term People Plan for both shore-based and yacht teams. This role involves providing ongoing support in various HR disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and more, ensuring operational excellence in the luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or SHRM certification or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a People & Culture generalist role, preferably in the luxury cruise or hotel industry.
• Experience providing a broad range of generalist leadership and P&C support to various levels of employees, including senior leadership.
• Previous experience with Workday HRIS and LMS systems is preferred.
• Must have US work authorization to work in the Miami Corporate Office.

• Experience in the luxury cruise industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of the long-term People Plan for Four Seasons Yacht Operations.
• Support pre-opening recruitment initiatives and foster employee engagement.
• Provide ongoing people management support and operational services to Yacht Operations leaders.
• Collaborate with functional/department leaders to implement appropriate HR solutions.
• Support Benefits Administration during onboarding and reconcile monthly billings.
• Assist with Payroll functions for Shoreside YCT employees.
• Ensure P&C Technology platform is utilized and updated with employee information for the Yachts.
• Support performance and talent management strategies.
