About The Position
The Manager, People and Culture at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) is responsible for overseeing HR functions and managing the day-to-day operations of the DC office. This role involves implementing continuous improvements in HR and operational functions, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The position requires collaboration with the Chief People Officer and other team members to drive engagement initiatives and manage payroll and benefits administration.
