The Manager, People & Culture Performance and Insights, is responsible for leading data-driven initiatives to assess, improve and measure the performance, effectiveness, and impact of the People and Culture department's strategies and programs. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in the People and Culture department, this role is responsible for driving the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics related to talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and other strategic initiatives. The Manager will leverage data insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement across People and Culture initiatives.
