About The Position
As Manager of The Peer Support Center, this position will provide leadership, program development, and supervision for the Brunswick Peer Support Center. The position will use their own lived experience as well as the values of Intentional Peer Support to oversee operations of the Center, supporting staff and the community in creating a peer support community, including peer support structured groups, educational opportunities, and all other Center programming. The Manager's overarching role is to ensure supervision of Peer Support Specialists, develop and manage relationships with partnering organizations, assure all structured peer support groups and educational opportunities are facilitated, oversee data collection and reporting, coordinate with the Governance Board, and assist the Director in supervising other Peer Support Specialist roles across Sweetser.
