About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Payment Strategy & Partnership (Remote). In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances. You will oversee the entire partner lifecycle, from identifying new agreements to nurturing relationships with existing partners. Your efforts will be vital as we transition to an Embedded Payments model, ensuring that payment processing becomes a core offering. Collaborating with various internal teams, you will facilitate successful go-to-market strategies and strive to meet ambitious partnership objectives.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the ISV/Embedded payments landscape.
  • Ability to model revenue forecasts and analyze transaction data.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex concepts.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in partner management or business development within Fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the pricing model for credit card processing services.
  • Analyze competitor merchant statements to structure winning proposals.
  • Monitor existing merchant portfolio profitability and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and oversee incentive programs with payment partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate operational performance.
  • Provide sales team training on financial solutions and joint selling strategies.
  • Serve as the liaison between partners and internal Product/Engineering teams.
