About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Payment Strategy, Marketing & Operations, the Manager will lead the payment marketing team delivering exciting marketing campaigns that increases customer/cardholder engagement and loyalty to the HSN brand while optimizing the team processes and applying main whole-house marketing events and programming. You will also cultivate bank marketing partnership to ensure agreement in marketing strategy and seamless execution of payment marketing roadmap through curated marketing campaigns. Role is hybrid-remote and based in West Chester, PA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience developing an annual budget planning process to maximize marketing opportunities.
  • 5+ years experience monitoring in-flight campaigns to identify potential issues and troubleshoot with internal and external partners.
  • 5+ years experience partnering with Finance, Legal and other teams to inform and track performance of mass and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • 5+ years experience driving strategy of targeted and mass customer acquisition/lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels including digital, broadcast, email, direct mail, mobile, call center, and vendor communications.
  • 5+ years experience presenting marketing plan and results to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-acceptance PLCC marketing across partner brands.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaign results for leadership share out; provide future recommendations based on performance results.
  • Partner with HSN's Manager of Payment Strategy and Operations in vendor relationships with PLCC, gift card and AFOP providers to identify and maximize payment marketing opportunities.
  • Integrate customer surveys, insights and campaign performance into future marketing plans and activities.
  • Research and monitor industry trends, innovations and marketing best practices including those in payments, credit cards, and mobile commerce.
  • Work with all partners to ensure payment campaigns are communicated and accomplished across all platforms and channels.
  • Help develop the annual budget planning process each year to maximize lifecycle marketing opportunities.
