The Manager of Patient Navigation Services will drive operational excellence for HCA's navigation program, specifically ensuring delivery of high quality, evidence-based care through program development in collaboration and alignment with Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Women's and Children's service lines and Division leadership as well as other service lines with emerging navigation programs. The Manager will serve as a Division leader for executing mid and long-range strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance and coordinate various operational tactical plans while tracking performance against key performance indicators. He/she will provide expertise, initiative, leadership and programmatic oversight to division leadership and facilities across navigation programs to elevate navigation program performance and ensure high-quality healthcare services for HCA patients.
