About The Position

Responsible for the overall management of patient financial services. Plans, coordinates, directs, and monitors activities to ensure maximum utilization of available resources and enhance receipts of working capital as economically as possible in accordance with all laws and regulations. Influences policies that achieve health equity, promote wellness, and protect against inequity for people of marginalized and underrepresented communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Five (5) years of recent patient billing experience, including at least two (2) years in a management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of billing and medical terminology.
  • Demonstrates strong financial aptitude.
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent follow-through skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Certified Patient Accounts Manager prefered.
