About The Position

As a Manager Patient Care Services, you'll create a positive and cooperative work environment where quality patient care is delivered through development of staff to their optimal clinical, personal, and professional capacity. You will facilitate and ensure a safe and caring environment for patients and staff. You'll develop processes to assist the delivery of nursing care to patients and families. The Manager of Patient Care Services will manage human, fiscal, and other resources to achieve goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana is preferred.
A minimum of three years of job-related experience, including one year of leadership experience.
You bring strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical ability, and prioritization skills.
You have knowledge of the clinical skills for the unit of practice.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, caring environment for patients and staff.
