About The Position

The Manager of Patient Care Services is a leadership role responsible for overseeing designated clinical areas within Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This position entails comprehensive operational authority, fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, and ensuring high levels of patient and staff satisfaction. The manager will also focus on program development, team management, and integration with the clinical enterprise, while providing mentorship to less experienced peers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to operationalize the mission, strategic plan, budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies for the PCC, Hospitals and Vanderbilt Clinic.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of area specific quality plan linked to organizational goals.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced peers and other members of the health care team.
