They collaborate with leadership across the departments, units, and clinics to meet strategic needs and goals of the organization. The role involves mentoring, role modeling, and guiding team members. Using a data-driven approach, the manager identifies improvement opportunities and leads performance teams according to organizational processes. They monitor care to ensure cost-effective implementation and evaluation. The manager has 24-hour accountability for services within their scope of control. Responsible for program development, operational oversight, fiscal management, and scorecard reporting, they collaborate with hospital leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and community partners to enhance services that promote coping, resilience, and holistic well-being for patients, families, and staff.
