The Manager - Access Strategies provides expertise, information, reports and recommendations to the Director, and other PMG leaders regarding a wide range of issues related to, and impacting access to, PMG programs across the Oregon region. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Or equivalent education/experience
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 3 years of progressive and relevant management/supervisory experience in health care or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working in an Access strategies related role.
- 2 years of experience in project management, information technologies, quality improvement, healthcare administration, or a clinical field.
