About The Position

The Patient Access Manager is responsible for leading the patient access team to deliver exceptional customer service and streamline front-end operations in a setting. This role ensures accurate patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing revenue cycle processes. The manager collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • three to five years of Healthcare related field

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare administration, business management or a related field
  • two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred
  • CHAM or similar certification
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications preferred
