Manages multi-site operations, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Develops and manages departmental budgets, ensures compliance, and partners with leadership to implement initiatives that optimize front-end workflows. Leads recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for supervisors and staff, provides coaching and performance feedback, and fosters team engagement to build a high-performing culture. Serves as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, resolves escalated issues, and promotes collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
