About The Position
The Manager, Partnership Activation at Mullett Center is responsible for overseeing the implementation, activation, reporting, and delivery of assigned partnership accounts. This role requires a commercially aggressive professional with a proven track record in the sponsorship space, focusing on high-value deals and creative activation strategies. The individual will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a deep understanding of each partner's marketing goals and business objectives throughout the partnership's lifecycle. The position offers an annual salary of $50,000-$55,000 and is bonus eligible, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching, and paid time off.
