About The Position

As a Manager, Partner Success, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling our B2B Partner Success function, serving as a key team lead. You will lead, coach, and enable a team of Partner Success Managers (PSMs), empowering them to drive meaningful revenue growth and product adoption among our largest and most strategic property management company (PMC) partners. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the team maximizes value for our enterprise partners, while fostering the long-term relationships that fuel our mutual success, reporting directly to the Director, Partner Success. You will be a critical bridge, translating Flex’s overall strategy into actionable plans for your team. As a trusted advisor, you will both coach the team to excel and partner with them to develop and execute winning strategies. By instilling strong operational rigor and strategic thinking, you will develop ways to optimize and streamline team processes, ensuring exceptional partner outcomes and efficiency at scale. You will also directly engage with top partners, leading by example to identify opportunities for expanding Flex’s footprint and deepening engagement within key portfolios.
