About The Position

Summary: The New York Mets are seeking a dynamic, strategic professional for the Partner Solutions vertical within the Corporate Partnerships department. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller and commercially minded marketer with a passion for building impactful partnerships and delivering innovative solutions for leading sports and entertainment brands. As a contributor to revenue growth, the Manager, Partner Solutions will support the development of compelling creative ideas, thought starters, partnership packages, and presentations for new business pitches and renewals. The role plays an important part in crafting insight-driven marketing strategies that attract new partners while strengthening, retaining, and growing existing relationships. Success requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution, consistent delivery, and strong partnership performance—while upholding the legacy and passionate fan engagement that define iconic sports franchises like the New York Mets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sports management, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in sports, entertainment, or related industries with demonstrated experience in creative development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint; working knowledge of Photoshop is a plus but not required
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a strong interest in new vendors, platforms, and sellable opportunities that enhance the fan and partner experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner Solutions vertical within the Corporate Partnerships department, contributing to the development of innovative, brand-aligned partnership solutions for new business, renewals, and existing partners
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify revenue opportunities and assist in the creation of insight-driven proposals that support departmental revenue goals
  • Partner with Engagement and Business Intelligence teams to develop creative solutions for renewals and incremental growth opportunities, leveraging fan insights, performance data, and analytics
  • Manage components of the partnership proposal process, including creative development, timelines, internal workflows, approvals, and delivery of polished presentations
  • Assist in crafting and maintaining branded proposal frameworks and decks that clearly articulate value, align with Mets brand equity, and address partner objectives
  • Contribute to the identification and development of new partnership inventory, platforms, and activation concepts across digital, experiential, hospitality, and emerging channels
  • Leverage internal analytics platforms and external resources to support go-to-market strategies, measure partner success, and track category and marketplace trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gain alignment and approvals on deal points, assets, and partnership structures
  • Perform other duties as assigned; minimal travel outside of New York may be required
