About The Position

Global Travel Collection (GTC), part of Internova Travel Group, is the most influential collection of international luxury travel agencies. More than 1,500 GTC advisors are industry leaders in providing premium travel services to leisure travelers, corporate executives and the entertainment industry. GTC’s combined global reach and leverage translate into value, recognition and preferential treatment for its world traveler clients. The Manager, Partner Relations, plays a critical role in GTC’s growth strategy by ensuring advisors are educated, enabled, and aligned with approved and preferred in-country partners (AKA DMC's) and destination boards. This role is part of the revenue-generating Strategic Account Management team, with a strong emphasis on advisor adoption, product education, and sales performance. This role does not source or contract new Partner Relations. Instead, it focuses on maximizing the value of existing partnerships through education, alignment, and performance tracking. This role is a remote role however candidates in the NY or Los Angeles areas are preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in the travel industry with emphasis on destination management companies.
  • Skills: Account management, sales

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth across in-country partners (ICP), DMCs, and tourism boards
  • Track advisor adoption, sales trends, and partner ROI tied to destination partners
  • Identify usage of non-preferred ICPs and work cross-functionally to shift volume toward preferred partners where appropriate
  • Serve as a go-to destination and in-country product resource for advisors
  • Proactively educate advisors on preferred ICPs, destination offerings, and value propositions
  • Support advisor triage and resolution by guiding advisors to the right in-country resources
  • Collaborate closely with the Internova ICP team to ensure alignment, visibility, and shared priorities
  • Partner with the Travel Leaders Network (TLN) team on tourism board initiatives and destination programs
  • Coordinate with Marketing and the broader Partner Group on campaigns, content, and activations
  • Track partner deliverables, investment commitments, and performance metrics
  • Provide regular reporting on adoption, engagement, and sales growth
  • Represent GTC with destination partners at events and internal forums as needed
