About The Position
The manager, Partner Relations is responsible for leading a team of partner relations professionals while also supporting partners and leaders across the organization with escalated partner relations matters. In this capacity, the manager, Partner Relations upholds, interprets and provides coaching on Starbucks policies, procedures and programs. Partner Relations is a Center of Excellence committed to supporting our partners and leaders with questions and concerns about their work environment.
