Job Summary: This job serves as a thought partner, identifying issues and recommending best practices for partnership marketing initiatives. They lead functional projects, analyze business trends, and collaborate with peers to enhance efficiency. This role supports the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement and optimizing collaborative relationships between organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, including regional system integrators, digital agencies, and consultants
  • Audit the existing developer program experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Design, build, and deploy strategic marketing communications to support the developer lifecycle
  • Take ownership of developer-focused platforms, enhancing architecture, content, and SEO
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and lifecycle communications for developers
  • Manage Developer Meetup events, including invitations, logistics, and execution
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives
  • Create marketing toolkit content to help developers promote solutions on their own channels
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategies
