Responsibilities

• Handles day to day operations and prepares action plans in a timely manner.
• Implements customer service standards and resolves problems.
• Completes internal audits and identifies trends.
• Determines system improvements and implements changes.
• Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, and coaching theatre employees.
• Communicates job expectations and enforces policies and procedures.
• Continuously assesses talent and provides ongoing coaching and training.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting, scheduling, and adjusting labor.
• Controls costs by ordering appropriate amounts of product and minimizing waste.
• Ensures high quality of products and accurate inventories.
• Maintains outstanding on-screen presentation by checking digital projection equipment.
• Establishes and enforces sanitation standards and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Manages requests from the corporate office and delegates projects to others.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and handles cash responsibly.
• Demonstrates ownership of all responsibilities and operations of the theatre.
