About The Position

As a manager in Paid Social at Brainlabs, you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your Paid Social knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team around you. You will help define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways in which work can be successful or optimized further. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients, applying our test and learn approach and sharing successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks, and processes, including opportunities to automate work.

Requirements

• Strong Paid Social delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
• Passionate about their craft.
• Demonstrable success in optimizing Paid Social campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
• Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
• Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
• Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
• Effectively track and optimize campaigns.
• Act as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
• Contribute to developing a best-practice roadmap for the Paid Social offering.
• Mentor others across the practice to help grow capability and knowledge.
