About The Position

Millennium Print Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Packaging Production to lead our packaging operations in Cary, NC. This role is ideal for a proven manufacturing leader with experience in packaging, printing, or production environments who is passionate about driving efficiency, leading teams, and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of management experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MIS systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in printing or packaging operations preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage production schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
• Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and equipment issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage departmental budgets and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company standards.
