Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
- Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and a commitment to team success.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff for optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage day-to-day operations for the Neuroscience & Spine Clinic.
- Drive initiatives that enhance patient experience, access, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance benchmarks.
