More about our team Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital offers compassionate, high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment for teens, adults, and seniors. We provide a full-range of evidence-based medical and clinical services in a state-of-the-art healing environment. Programs include inpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). How you’ll contribute The Manager of Outpatient Services provides leadership and clinical oversight for all outpatient treatment programs serving patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders, including IOP and PHP levels of care. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and integrated clinical services through the supervision and development of therapy staff and the implementation of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. The Manager oversees treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and hospital leadership to support continuity of care, patient engagement, and optimal clinical outcomes. What we’re looking for Applicants should have Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues. Current clinical social work or counseling license as required by state regulations Previous experience in an outpatient healthcare, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles knowledge required. CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care within 30 days prior to patient contact.
