Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and a commitment to team success.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage day-to-day operations for the Neuroscience & Spine Clinic.
