About The Position
The Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Manager is an administrative role responsible for overseeing the outpatient rehabilitation services within a nonprofit healthcare network. This position serves as a backup for the Director of Rehabilitation Services and is involved in coordinating educational activities, competency assessments, and resource allocation across various departments. The manager ensures high levels of customer service, participates in program development, and assists in the hiring and orientation of new staff, contributing to the operational oversight of the hospital and off-site clinic rehab areas.
