Responsibilities: * Drive and support key initiatives within the BPG T&C Account Team - supporting the visioning, design, development, coordination, and implementation of BPG-wide talent initiatives (including but not limited to workforce/organizational design, career pathing, skills and workforce management, performance management, leadership development, and more) * Conduct organizational analysis, emphasizing data-driven insights, to understand root causes of performance issues and opportunities; lead the development of storyboarding, slideware, presentation materials, and compelling communications assets to effectively translate findings to strategies and actionable recommendations for BPG leadership * Build trusted relationships with BPG leaders, Talent & Culture leaders, and key stakeholders to collaborate and effectively execute on BPG talent initiatives and programs; tap into internal networks proactively to establish cross-functional consistencies, leveraging institutional knowledge for enhanced effectiveness * Support BPG Account Team Lead and Deputy with ad hoc weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual talent analyses, presentations, and requests, proactively anticipating needs based on recurring talent processes and client/leadership expectations * Collaborate with team to support the implementation of high-visibility projects from ideation through implementation, with a focus on defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, supporting the effective allocation of resources, and connecting with the various stakeholders contributing to the projects to ensure alignment and line of sight * Act as a key strategic advisor to select BPG employee populations, leveraging data analytics to help leaders identify, diagnose and respond to trends in their business; develop and provide strategic recommendations on programs and talent initiatives, such as action items as a result of periodic employee engagement surveys, exit surveys, and/or similar activities Qualifications: * Minimum five years of recent progressive HR or comparable experience; preferably from a professional services firm or similar environment * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration, or equivalent work experience * Prior internal or external consulting experience is highly preferred; exposure to business transformation initiatives and understanding of operating model design, organization design, business processes, and talent implications; previous project management/change enablement experience * Demonstrated ability to support and manage HR and employee experience initiatives; able to work with cross functional leaders to ensure effective implementation; experience working with business stakeholders through strategic HR initiatives within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and analytical skills; capability to "tell the story" with data; be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; proven track record of taking ownership of tasks, and coordinating internal resources for the successful and timely execution of projects; effective written and verbal communication skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint * Highly proactive, with self-management capabilities to identify opportunities, set the vision, develop plans, and execute independently * Ability to travel as needed KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
