About The Position

The Manager, ODL Operations is responsible for the operational execution, coordination, and delivery of organization development and learning programs across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of learning, onboarding, development, and transition programs while maintaining strong governance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The Manager serves as a key partner to HR, leaders, and employees to support talent development, engagement, and workforce continuity. The Manager partners closely with UF Health HR, Payroll, Information Technology, Occupational Health, and external vendor partners to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience. The Manager also leads a team that delivers services across UF Health, championing a transformational mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining exceptional efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in organization development, learning operations, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating or delivering training and development programs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a structured, process-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering 360 feedback or assessment programs.
  • Experience supporting succession planning or leadership development initiatives.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed, or regulated organization.
  • Familiarity with Sum Total Learning Management System

Responsibilities

  • Learning Delivery & Program Operations
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, materials, attendance tracking, and documentation for instructor-led and facilitated learning programs.
  • Support continuous improvement of learning delivery processes and participant experience.
  • Internship, Mentoring & Development Programs
  • Administer internship and mentoring programs, including participant onboarding, tracking, coordination, and reporting.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to ensure program objectives, timelines, and participation requirements are met.
  • 360 Feedback & Assessment Programs
  • Manage end-to-end administration of 360 feedback processes, including participant setup, communications, data collection, and reporting.
  • Ensure confidentiality, process integrity, and adherence to established timelines and standards.
  • New Employee Orientation & Onboarding
  • Deliver new employee orientation programs and support onboarding activities beyond day one.
  • Partner with HR Operations, Talent, and leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that supports early engagement and productivity.
  • Succession Planning & Talent Continuity
  • Administer and monitor succession planning programs for Manager- and Director-level roles.
  • Track participation, documentation, and data accuracy; support reporting and follow-up activities with leaders and HR partners.
  • Separation Counseling & Offboarding
  • Provide separation counseling and operational support for employee offboarding.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities to ensure a respectful, compliant, and well-documented transition process.
  • Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ODL operational inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, job aids, and program documentation.
  • Partner with Team Member Services to ensure processes are documented and shared with key stakeholders
  • Monitor program metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
