Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption, helping them realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments. Our consultants align stakeholders around a shared transformation vision, develop and implement tailored change strategies, lead communications and engagement efforts, assess change impacts, and design training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. We measure what matters—tracking progress, surfacing insights, and adjusting strategies to ensure lasting impact. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm.
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years in client-facing change management roles, with at least 3 years leading ERP transformation programs and OCM teams.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementations, including change strategy and adoption planning.
  • Experience integrating AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) into change management delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and facilitation.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and working across business and technical domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Contribute to business development and expand Avanade’s presence with existing clients.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (up to 50–75%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of organizational change management strategies for ERP transformation programs, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Manage and mentor OCM consultants and workstream leads across multiple client engagements.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and engagement across business and technical teams, including executive-level sponsors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies, communication plans, and training programs tailored to ERP transformation needs.
  • Define and operationalize change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
  • Partner with program leadership to ensure change management is integrated into delivery plans and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Facilitate change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across organizational units.
  • Guide clients in the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents, as part of transformation programs.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of OCM methodologies, tools, and assets to support scalable delivery.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by shaping OCM strategies in proposals, solutioning, and client conversations.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation.
  • Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design.
  • Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the OCM team.
