KPMG is currently seeking aManager, Oracle Database Migration for our Consulting practice.

  • Lead and manage the KPMG Oracle database migration team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight for Oracle database migration activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with KPMG's offshore (KGS) team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate client workshops and regular status meetings to communicate progress and address concerns.
  • Oversee the development and execution of secure, compliant migration strategies for large Oracle databases.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Oracle Database Administration and migration projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in complex database migration initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Exadata and cloud migration methodologies.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM) and Oracle GoldenGate.
  • Ability to travel as needed
